Lyten to acquire remaining Northvolt assets in Sweden and Germany

The San Jose, CA-based lithium-sulfur battery innovator announced it will add to its previous Northvolt acquisitions with the Ett, Labs, and Drei facilities, and all remaining Northvolt intellectual property, the newly acquired assets developed with over $5 billion in capital investment.
