Announced at CES 2021, the new business will offer an integrated ecosystem of electric products, software, and services for first to last-mile delivery, starting with the EP1 electric pallet in early 2021 and the EV600 electric commercial vehicle in late 2021.

The solar-electric car from Munich-based new OEM is to be produced in collaboration with NEVS in Sweden at €25,500, with the basic price for the vehicle of €16,000, plus the €9500 cost of the battery paid upfront or rented/leased, and customer deliveries in early 2022.
